A premixed blend of ultrapure acrylamide and bis-acrylamide powders to achieve a final ratio of 29:1. Reconstitute 40 g remixed blend with deionized water to make the final volume to 100 ml. Reconstitution will give a 40% (w/v) solution. Standard ratio in a 40% concentrate is corresponds to 38.67% acrylamide /1.33% bis-acrylamide.
