General Description

This is supplied with a peroxidase substrate, blocking buffer and wash buffer. The substrate provided in the kit produces a stable insoluble aquamarine blue precipitate at the reaction site with little or no background. The substrate is ideal for many immunoblotting procedures and can significantly increase the detection limits of assays on a variety of blotting membranes. The kit is supplied with the substrate, a blocking buffer and TBST wash buffer.
