Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We ship majority of the products ordered within 2 business days with some exceptions due to out of stock items, extreme weather conditions etc., and a tracking number is generated for tracking the order. To avoid order delivery on any weekend or holiday for domestic and international shipments, we reserve the right to reschedule the shipment based on transit time. The shipping costs of all international orders are based on FOB Linthicum Heights, Maryland, USA and will be informed to customers in advance.
Returns:
The customer satisfaction is our highest priority and if any products deemed necessary to return, please follow the guidelines below:
- All returns must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by calling or emailing our customer service department, prior to a sending it back to us for proper handling of your return and refund. The return authorization number issued will be valid for 15 days from the date issued.
- Returns are permitted within 30 days from the date the product(s) was received and the returned products will be accepted if all conditions below are met:
- All returns must include the original kit box (if applicable), instruction manual(s) and any other accessories provided with the product.
- All returns must include all the accessories which come with the product, if applicable.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are not responsible for any shipping charges of the products being returned to us, unless the product is damaged or not working.
- For returns, we encourage to use a shipping service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
