Description
Denhardt Solution [50X] is a mixture of high-molecular weight polymers capable of saturating non-specific binding sites and artificially increasing the concentration of available the probe. It contains 1% Ficoll 400, 150mM NaCl, 1% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1% BSA and is suitable for use in nucleic acid hybridization.
