General Description

Our Genomic DNA Extraction – Plant kit is used for extracting genomic DNA from various leaves, roots, fruits, seeds. In addition to this, DNA extraction is also possible for food samples with metapalasis, high pressure, high temperature, juiced, sterilized step processed samples. PPT Buffer and Enhancer Solution are applied to prevent secondary product from tainting the results, in applications such as Gramineae seed. GMOs have been in the public spotlight for a while, and recent labeling laws require GMO processed food to be indicated. This kit can be used in such applications as DNA extraction from these samples in order to identify the modifications / GMO products. Detailed protocols are offered to ensure ease of extraction and maintenance of a high yield and purity.
