General Description
Gram-negative Bacterial Lysis Buffer is useful for the extraction of soluble proteins from Gram-negative bacteria. The supplied buffer doesn’t contain reducing agents, chelating agent, nuclease and protease inhibitors cocktail and may be added as per the application of the extracted proteins.
