Description
Isoelectric Focusing (IEF) separates proteins by their net charge and not based on molecular weights. Proteins migrate to their isoelectric point, the pH at which the protein has no net charge. IEF Anode buffer is useful for vertical isoelectric focusing gels including precast gels.
