Description
General Description
A high salt, reassembly buffer for lysis.
Our Reassembly Buffer (RAB) is used in the sequential extraction of proteins and contains high salt concentration (750 mM NaCl), 100 mM 2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid (MES), 1 Ethylene glycoll bis-2-aminoethylether-N,N′,N′′,n′-tetraacetic acid (EGTA), 0.5 mM Magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), 20 mM Sodium fluoride (NaF) at pH 7.0.
RAB has commonly been used for extracting a microtubule-associated protein- Tau1 and soluble proteins from different cell lines such as HEK2, other cells and tissues.
