Description
SSPE Buffer for hybridization
SSPE Buffer contains 3M Sodium chloride (NaCl), 200mM Sodium phosphate, 20mM EDTA, pH7.4 and is a standard reagent used in Southern and Northern hybridization procedures. This solution is 0.22um filter sterilized and can be used straight or diluted as per the experimental requirements.
Applications:
- hybridization buffer for Northern and Southern blots
- washing buffer for microarrays
