General Description

Total RNA Extraction Solution can rapidly extract total RNA from solid samples such as cells, tissues, and plants. An optimized protocol for each type of sample is provided for added convenience and reproducibility. Our total RNA Extraction Solution efficiently extracts RNA from tissue and cell samples by dissolving the sample, denaturing nucleic acid proteins, and inhibiting the activity of RNase from cells. With this method and the appropriate sample size, pure RNA with almost no contamination of protein and genomic DNA can be extracted.
