General Description
This is the 10X concentrated TBS solution with 0.05% Tween 20 and is widely used as a wash buffer in a variety of immunoassays, such as Western Blot, ELISA, etc. The added Tween 20 is useful in effective washing, resulting in a decreased non-specific background in Western Blot and ELISA, etc.
