Available form:                          50 µg of lyophilized antibody (lyophilized in 10mM PBS, pH 7.2 with 1% BSA and 0.05% Sodium azide; NaN₃)

Working procedure:                  Western blot (with ECL) 1:1000 – 5,000 dilution incubates for 1 hour at room temperature. For the best results, determine optimal working antibody dilution for your protein of interest.

Storage:                                        Supplied lyophilized antibodies can be stored at -20^ºC for 3 years. Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with distilled water to 1mg/ml or a desired concentration before use. Reconstituted liquid can be stored at -20^ºC for 2 years. Centrifuge after first thaw to maximum product recovery. Aliquot into smaller volume to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.  Store aliquots at 4^ºC for several days to 2 weeks.
