Cepham DAPI Stain (Ready to Use) is a fluorescent dye used for staining DNA in fixed cells and tissue samples. This ready-to-use solution binds strongly to A-T rich regions of double-stranded DNA, emitting blue fluorescence when excited with ultraviolet light. It is ideal for applications such as fluorescence microscopy, cell cycle analysis, and nuclear localization studies. DAPI is particularly useful in cell viability assays and quantifying cell number by visualizing nuclei.
