Description
Hybridization Neutralizing Solution:
Our Hybridization Neutralizing Solution contains 0.5 M Tris-HCl and 1.5 M Sodium chloride (NaCl) at pH 7.4 ±0.1 and is used to neutralize the pH of the gel following depurination/denaturation treatment prior to southern transfer.
This allows for a more efficient transfer of DNA in Southern transfers.
