Our 10X Wash Buffer (IHC-ICC) has been designed for use in wash steps during immunohistochemistry (IHC) or immuno-labeling of tissue samples or 3D cell cultures. This buffer is supplied in a 10X concentrated form and must be diluted to 1X with molecular grade water prior to use. The 10X Washing Buffer effectively clears tissue for 3D fluorescent imaging without causing significant changes to tissue morphology, unlike other clearing methods.
