General Description
DSP is a water-insoluble, homobifunctional N-hydroxysuccimide ester. DSP, a protein crosslinker, is thiol-cleavable, primary amine-reactive and has been used in many applications. Because DSP does not possess a charged group, it is lipophilic and membrane-permeable and is hence useful for intracellular and intramembrane conjugation.
