Our RBC Lysis Buffer (1X) has been formulated and tested to ensure the optimal lysis of Red Blood Cells (RBCs) in single cell suspensions with minimal effects on leukocytes. This buffer is used for the lysing the red blood cells (RBCs) in samples containing white blood cells, such as whole blood, buffy coats, and bone marrow.
