ssDNA Quantification Kit

The Accuris ssDNA Kit provides a simple and accurate method for quantifying single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) or oligonucleotides. The assay kit is accurate at detecting ssDNA between 0.05-200 ng/µL. While the kit is not selective for ssDNA over double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) or RNA, it does not detect contaminating proteins or nucleotides.
