General Description

Total RNA Extraction Kit is designed to extract total RNA from bacteria (gram+/-), yeast and fungi tissue.

This kit provides simple method for extracting total RNA from bacteria (gram+/-), yeast and fungi without using Lysozyme and Lyticase or Zymolase for lysis of cell wall. The kit offers pre- lysis buffer and Red solution after boiling the cell walls will be lysed and releases total RNA. Use of our Solution as well as Pre- Lysis Buffer deactivates RNase and catalyze the protein denaturation for extraction of high purity total RNA. Total RNA extracted and purified by from kit is suitable for cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, PCR, Blotting and primer extension.
