Western Transfer Buffer [10X]

Our Western Transfer Buffer is a 10X solution, prepared methanol-free for use in the Western Blot protein transfer procedure with western blotting transfer equipment. The buffer allows effective elution of proteins from the gel, enhanced transfer and binding of the eluted proteins to the membranes for making Western Blot.
