Description

Our RBC Lysis Buffer has been formulated and tested to ensure the optimal lysis of Red Blood Cells (RBCs) in single cell suspensions with minimal effects on leukocytes.

This buffer is supplied as 10X concentrated and needs to be diluted to 1X or as needed for experimental purposes. RBC Lysis Buffer is used for lysing the red blood cells (RBCs) in samples containing white blood cells, such as whole blood, buffy coats, and bone marrow, after appropriate dilution.

NOTE: This product is for research use only and must not be used for clinical or therapeutic purposes.
