Description
*Brij® 35 (Polyoxyethylene(23)lauryl ether) is a non-ionic detergent, useful for solubilizing the proteins. It has very low UV absorbance with CMC 0.09 mM, HLB 16.9 and Agg. No. 40.
This product is a 10% aqueous solution of Brij-35, highly purified, sterile with extremely low aldehyde & peroxide impurities that enable the highest retention of protein activity. The extremely low conductivity levels in the purified detergent provide low ionic concentrations, which are essential for applications such as electrophoresis.
