Description
Mycoplasma Broth Base is recommended for the cultivation and isolation of?Mycoplasma?spp. The addition of enrichments and selective agents is required. Beef Heart Infusion, Beef Extract, and Peptone supply the nutrients required for the growth of mycoplasmas. Yeast Extract is a source of B-complex vitamins. Sodium Chloride maintains the osmotic balance.
