General Description
Protein G Agarose Resin consists of the recombinant Protein G covalently bound to highly crosslinked 4% agarose beads. It is used for binding the constant domains of immunoglobulin molecules and is ideal for the purification of Immunoglobulin classes, subclasses and fragments. It provides a very stable bond that can greatly minimize leakage of the Protein G allowing for reuse of the affinity resin.
The resin is also supplied in ready-to-use columns to save researcher’s time.
