General Description
The Blue Dextran Sequencer Loading Solution is designed specifically for loading DNA samples onto denaturing polyacrylamide gels and functions as a sample tracking dye. The migration of the tracking dyes differs in gels of varying percentages.
Features:
- It contains EDTA that binds divalent metal ions, inhibits metal dependent enzymatic reactions and protects DNA from metal dependent nucleases, effectively inactivating enzymes and protecting DNA from nucleases.
