Description
A pre-weighed power blend of acrylamide and bis-acrylamide blended powder to get a final ratio of 37.5:1. Reconstitute 40 g remixed blend with deionized water to make the final volume of 100 ml. Reconstitution will produce a 40% (w/v) solution. Standard ratio in a 40% concentrate is corresponds to 38.96% Acrylamide/1.04% bis-acrylamide.
