TNT Buffer (0.1M Tris.HCl pH 7.5, 0.15M NaCl, 0.05% Tween®-20)

General Description

Also known as TRIS NaCl Tween®-20 buffer. Ready to use solution, ideal for using as a washing buffer and potentially as an elution buffer for immuno micro sensors. Prepared with molecular biology grade water, sterile and filtered with 0.2micron filter. It is a general molecular biology and hybridization buffer.

0.01M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 0.015M NaCL and 0.05% Tween 20
